Executive Team

Shane has been the CEO and a Director at Concertiv since June 2024 and has been an investor in Concertiv since 2019. Previously, he was the CEO and a Director at Bird, where he grew the company to operate in over 500 cities globally and took it public on the NYSE. He was also the Board Chair at Maxsold, a leading estate auction company. Before joining Bird, he was a Partner with BCG in New York, leading Data and Analytics for Private Equity and Asset Management clients globally. He started his career with Morgan Stanley Investment Management as an investor in their global macro team. Shane graduated with a Master of Finance from MIT Sloan, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and is a CFA Charter holder.

Justin Saltzman serves as COO and Director of Concertiv, having been an investor since 2019. Prior to joining Concertiv, he was a founding member of McKinsey & Company's M&A group, where he led capital markets transactions and invested partner capital. Earlier in his career, Justin was an investment banker at Credit Suisse, completing over $1 billion in acquisitions and investments and advising on $25+ billion in M&A. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from George Washington University.

Neal Chatrath is the Chief Revenue Officer at Concertiv, where he oversees the company’s Go-to-Market strategy and execution. Before joining Concertiv, Neal held several senior sales leadership roles, most recently as Head of Sales at Xceptor. He also spent nearly a decade leading North America Buyside Sales at FIS, responsible for a diverse portfolio of software, data, and services. With 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, his career includes impactful roles at Citi, King Street Capital, MSCI and MUFG. Neal has a proven track record of building and leading teams that drive revenue growth while enhancing customer relationships and delivering lasting value. Outside of his professional work, Neal actively serves on the American Cancer Society NYC Board supporting their mission throughout the city. He holds a MS from Pace University and a BS from Rutgers Business School.

With nearly 27 years of experience in Global Capability Centers and Consulting, Mandar has a strong background in Financial Services and Insurance. At Fidelity, he spent two decades leading IT application delivery across Enterprise Risk & Compliance, Procurement & Accounting, and Human Capital Management, focusing on operational efficiency. Prior to Fidelity, Mandar worked in various roles within established IT services firms and a startup. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA in Product Leadership from PES University, Bangalore.

Andrew Cordeiro serves as Vice President of Finance at Concertiv. Prior to joining Concertiv, he was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in New York, London, and Atlanta. While at Goldman Sachs, he executed more than 100 deals, raising more than $65bn of capital. He holds a BA from Vanderbilt University.

Board of Directors

Richard C Morrissey spent over 30 years at the global law firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP where he was managing partner of the firm’s London office. He has extensive experience in cross boarder mergers and acquisitions and led the firm’s European practice. In addition , he started and led the firms Private Equity practice globally.
Richard was consistently recognized internationally as a leading corporate lawyer both in capital markets and M&A. He was also chair for 5 years of the Practicing Law Institute's Annual Conference in Europe on securities regulation.
He has taken on a variety of philanthropic roles including as an Adjunct Professor at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University teaching private equity; board membership at Generation Hope; board membership at the strategic think tank the Stimson Center; and acting as co chair of the advisory committee at EcoAmerica.
In addition to his board role at Tillman Global Holdings, he is a director at Concertiv and was formerly chairman of the board at Xenomorph Ltd.

Gaurav Bhandari is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Long Arc Capital.
Prior to starting Long Arc, Gaurav was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where he led the private investment portfolio for Goldman Sachs Investment Partners, a multi-strategy global investment fund within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Gaurav joined Goldman Sachs in 1990 and worked first as a quantitative strategist, then an investment banker and for the last 12 years of his career at Goldman Sachs, as a proprietary investor and portfolio manager.
Gaurav currently serves on the Boards of Agile Frameworks, a provider of a cloud-based, SaaS software solution for engineering services firms; CircleBlack, an enterprise software business for financial advisors; Renaissance Alliance, an insurance distribution platform for independent agents; Robertson Stephens, a wealth management business; Skaleet, a SaaS provider of a next-gen core banking system serving retail banks globally; and Tinubu Square, an enterprise software business for specialty lines insurance (all LAC portfolio companies). He has previously served on the Boards of several companies, including Networked Insights, an advertising technology company; Media Rights Capital, an independent film and television studio; iCrossing, an advertising technology company; Leaf Group, an internet media business; Indostar, a Non-Banking Financial Company; James River Group Holdings, a specialty insurance and reinsurance business and Leor Energy, an oil and gas business.
Gaurav earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University.

Kipp Nelson is a Partner and President of Long Arc Capital.
Prior to joining Long Arc, Kipp was a Partner at Goldman Sachs in London where he was the Co-Head of the European Derivatives Business. He also worked in Hong Kong, where he co-headed the Fixed Income Division in Asia and co-managed Goldman’s Asia Distressed Debt Fund. He began his finance career at The First National Bank of Chicago where he was a Vice President and was a Director of Credit Suisse First Boston in London. Kipp was also a founding Partner in Flashlight Films, an investment fund which focuses on developing scripts and producing motion pictures and television series. Most recently, Flashlight Films produced the critically acclaimed and commercially successful films, “Trial by Fire” and “Sully.”
Kipp is the Chairman of U.S. Ski & Snowboard, the National Governing Body (NGB) of snow sports in America. In addition, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Concertiv, a procurement and spend management services platform and also serves on the Boards of Robertson Stephens, a wealth management business and Skaleet, a SaaS provider of a next-gen core banking system (all LAC portfolio companies).
Kipp graduated with a B.S. in Finance and an Economics minor from the University of Colorado where he competed on two NCAA Championships Ski Teams.

Ranu Dayal is a former Partner and current Advisory Board member of Long Arc Capital.
Prior to joining Long Arc, Ranu was a Senior Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he led the South-East Asian business and served on the Audit Committee. Ranu has over two decades of experience as a management consultant, working in New York, New Delhi, Singapore and Bangkok. As a consultant, he specialized in turnarounds and the strategic repositioning and organization redesign of businesses to enable growth. Through his various assignments, he covered a wide range of companies across sectors, including: Financial Services, Telecom, Real Estate and Infrastructure. He was a Fellow at BCG and an industry advisor to the World Economic Forum on the subject of Financial Institutions in Emerging Markets. Prior to his consulting career, Ranu taught economics at the University of Oxford, the Kobe Institute and Delhi University.
Ranu currently serves on the Boards of Agile Frameworks, a provider of a cloud-based, SaaS software solution for engineering services firms; CircleBlack, an enterprise software business for financial advisors; Concertiv, a procurement and spend management services platform; Renaissance Alliance, an insurance distribution platform for independent agents; Robertson Stephens, a wealth management business; and Tinubu Square, an enterprise software business for specialty lines insurance (all LAC portfolio companies).
Ranu earned a D.Phil. in Economics from Oxford, an M.A. from JNU and a B.A. from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.

Tobin Whamond is a Partner of Long Arc Capital and Head of North American Investments.
Prior to joining Long Arc, Tobin was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he was a senior member of Goldman Sachs Investment Partners, a multi-strategy investment fund, focusing on private equity investments. He was a member of the Investment Committee and served as a Director of a number of Goldman invested portfolio companies. Prior to that, Tobin was a Co-Founding Principal of InsVest, LP, which acquired Southern Vanguard Insurance Co. and Republic Home Protectors, LLC from The Republic Group. He also served as Executive Vice President of HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc., including as Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, and ultimately Chief Operating Officer. For the 20 years prior thereto, Tobin was an investment banker completing over $30B of mergers and acquisitions and capital raising, including at Goldman Sachs and Wachovia Capital Markets LLC / Wells Fargo, where he served as Managing Director and Head of Financial Institutions M&A.
