NEW YORK, NY — March 25, 2026 — Concertiv, Inc., a leading procurement-as-a-service provider to professional services firms, announced today that Shane Torchiana has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer. Tobin Whamond, Partner of Long Arc Capital, LP, has been named Chair of the Board of Concertiv and will step in to lead the organization, working closely with the firm’s senior leadership team as Concertiv continues to execute on its growth strategy and expand the value it delivers to clients.
The company enters this next chapter with strong momentum, including a record number of new clients, launching an online travel booking solution, and strengthening its Market Data offerings.
Over the past year, Concertiv has also strengthened its leadership bench with key appointments across the business, including Neal Chatrath as Chief Revenue Officer, Andrew Arvin as Vice President of Client Success, and Sloan Danenhower as Vice President of Market Data, creating a senior team focused on accelerating growth and deepening client relationships.
